Return Policy
We only accept returns in case of a manufacturing defect or if a wrong item has been delivered.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
For any other return reasons not listed above, customers may still request a return within 7 days of delivery, but will be responsible for the full return shipping cost. Approval will be based on product condition and inspection.
Please note that for change of mind, used, or washed items, returns are not accepted.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch across the UAE.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
